GC: Which force character has the strongest techniques

Hi everyone i was just wondering which force has the strongest techiques because i have an lv 59 Fomar but his techs are not as dominate as i had hoped plus after seeing the chars menu where there mst max out at 1300 while the other force is like 1700 does this mean her techs will do WAY!!!! more damage then mine http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif thanks for the help .

Yes, my FOnewearl was probably stronger (tech-wise) when she was on lvl 45 then you are now. FOmar = sux.

FOmarl has the strongest grants
FOnewm has the strongest gi-techs, and ra-techs
FOnewearl has the strongest simple techs, megid, and resta. She has the highest mst also.

uh, ya, FOmars are crap with techs compared to other forces. But hey, at least you can melee stuff...a little bit....

I thought FOmar had the strongest Gi techs? Either way, my Gi's are about twice as powerful as my Ra techniques, and I now rarely use Ra. I've somehow come to recognize how useful and underrated Gifoie is. And man, you wanna do some serious lightning damage with a FOmar? Unequip your weapons and cast some turbo gizonde.

Although I gotta say, I'm really itching to make another FOnewearl.

I totally agree with Cajunsamurai... The Gi-foie spell is extremly underrated... Let me explain a little bit why....

Lets say that your in Ruins for example... Once u enter a room, that you know is going to inhabit some fire sensitive monsters... Before they spawn... Blast away 2 or 3 Gi-foies... By the time they do spawn it likely that they will wake up to flames surrounding them... Burning them to a crisp. Another great thing about this strategy is that once the Gi-foies reaches its target, then you will be ready to blast a Gi-zonde, Ra-barta or even more Gi-foies!.. In this way u increase your damage output significantly.. With the Ra-Foie on the other hand, u are forced to wait until u have a lock-on... It really a no-win situation for the monsters when using Gi-foie...

Give it a try... My FOmar is probably doing more damage than your next door neighbour - Ra-foie - loving FOnewm, because he thinks Gi-foie is slow and weak... Well... He couldnt be more wrong...

Can a FOmar do damage in Ultimate? Well, that depends. With weapons, I doubt they'd get too far, but with their spells, OH yeah, definitely. Any FO can do major damage in Ultimate with their spells... 'cept for in Ultimate Episode 2, where we're kinda screwed since spell damage is tweaked and modified.
But yeah, I totally recommend making a FOmar.

And damn straight, Elfin! http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif Gifoie is the most strategic spell in our arsenal, and dammit, it works GREAT. Sure, it's a bit slower than Rafoie, but it really gets the job done. It's a "delayed" spell, to be sure, so you gotta be careful with it. Takes a lot of practice, but it's my main "hit everything" spell.

Exo, i asure you, u will not be dissapointed... FOmar is by far the coolest Force...... By the way... Does anybody know if Gi-barta will be getting any better?? My Gi-barta is at lvl 13 or so... And i must say... it sux... Really... Its probably the only Gi-tech that i havent figured out... Gi-zonde and Gi-foie has areas that surpasses their older brothers the Ra:s... But Gi-barta, on the level i have... its useless compared to Ra-barta at the same level..

Cajun can prolly answer this better being a higher level force, but the main reason gibarta is supposed to be better than ra, is it does the same basic thing, but for less, and has a slightly longer reach. Fomar seem to get a boost for gibarta too.

And yeah, gibarta gets much, much better. Mine is at Lv30 and combined with an Ice Staff, it does sweet damage. MUCH more useful than the Rabarta that I used to fling around constantly as a FOnewearl on V1/2. Very nice range too; hits in a wide cone area!

At a high level Gi-Barta does good damage to stuff as well gives you a real decent chance of frezzeing things which will save your butt more times then you know there nothing like frezzeing a group of monsters then turning around and releaseing 3or 4 Gi-Foie to show them what a cold day in hell really feels like... Ra-Foie works good for that as well when me and my friend play i am a Fonewmn and he is a HuMar with decent techs get together we will sometimes frezze a room then both of us will release 3-4 RaFoies at a time each so it looks like a giant nucler bomb going off needless to say the room doesn't last long

It's a hard question to answer acutally. Highest MST = most dmg, though 100 mst translates to about 20 extra dmg, so 300 mst is maybe 60 extra dmg ... probably a bit less. FOnewearls will do the most dmg with basic techs, FOmars will do the most GI dmg, FOmarls the most grants and FOnewms the most RA dmg. In the end it depends more on what level techs, how much mst your character has, and what amps you are using, to determine who does the "most" damage.
