PSU: PSU tilk me I will b booted 4 cheating.......

1 of my friends sent me a message on 360 and told me that he got a message on PSU sayin that his account will b banned on 5/2......he says he cant log on 2 PSU......I sign on PSU this morning 5/4 and i have a message waitin on PSU sayin that i will b banned on 5/9....4 cheating....it was sent to me by gamer # 30007868....im not sure what to do of say but i dont cheat...has any1 else got this message or does any 1 know how to correct this??? im welcome 2 all advice....

u probably won't b banned, perhaps your friend is only seeing one of a few technical errors, but u won't get banned, this guy is just being an idiot.

I find it hard to believe they would warn you in advance, sounds more like the joker with ID #30007868 is using his # to try and sound official and spread BS.

Yes, it would be quite odd to wait and not ban someone immediately...unless it can only be done during the weekly maintenence. But still, if I were to be banned, I would expect a message more detailed than "You will be banned on 5/9/07. Good day."

OFF TOPIC (sort of): I read that someone tried to change his gamertag motto to "Support our Troops" and it would not let him. Reason: "Support" is a banned word in mottos....because someone could make their motto "XBL Support Team" (or the like) and try to trick people into giving out their pword....

yeah dude, mods have ids of like, VERY low numbers. yeah ya know, some people do that just for fun. and yea, i think if you were banned for cheating, id think they'd say HOW you cheated. not just "you cheated, bye-bye."
