what is a capture card where does it go what does it do and how do you work it...oh and where to get one

Sounds like you wanna capture some PSO footage to your PC, huh? Or something of the sort.
Well, a video capture card usually plugs into a PCI port in your PC, really easy to install. Sometimes video cards (such as ATI's All In Wonder cards, I believe) have a video capture card basically built in.
How do they work? Well, I don't have one or have ever used one, so someone else will have to answer that question. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif Seems like a matter of plugging in a few cords from your GCN/DC/VCR/whatever into the capture card on the back of your PC and setting the software to record, or capture.
And you should be able to find one at any place that sells computer equipment. I prefer Bestbuy, myself.

You're looking for a TV tuner or capture card. Just don't get anything that's USB 1.1.

EDIT: It's a PCI card, so it you need an empty slot for it.

My guess is that RBF paid too much for that for that capture card. I have something similiar..

Whatever. I didn't spend as much as I could have. My card has a am/fm radio and a remote control. Extra features usually cost extra money. Go figure.
