Well, seeing as how I'll be getting wireless soon I was wondering what ds games to get first.

I may only be able to afford 1 game but wtih a little luck I might be able to get 2. I can't decide if it should be between Pokemon, mariokart or metroid.
Really it would be nice to have all of them but I'm gonna be limited and I would probably like them all equally but right now its bubbling down to online play.

So out of those three which do you guys think has the best online play?

I haven't played any of them, but I imagine Pokeman has the best lasting appeal for online and offline. Has combat, trading, training, etc and different each time depending on who you play with/against. Whereas the other two you just have to enjoy the gameplay itself, and once you've played through everything, thats it.

Ya he makes a good point, I mean those other games are fun, but once you get through them you're likely to get bored :/ (speaking on this point, people really have to lighten up in PSU one of these days, I mean I feel like playing a newman fortefighter for kicks because I think it would be awsome fun XD)

I agree w/ mario kart it seems like you'd get bored but for some reason you do it anyway!

Pokémon is a must. Absolutely.

I, personally, didn't like Mario Kart that much... And Metroid Prime was good for a while, but don't ever think about getting it just for the single player stuff. :/ Multiplayer is pretty fun though, but it's best when you find a group to do local wireless against (not to mention, I don't know if a lot of people still play it online...).

Hey, I've beaten a few. Hope they weren't like little kids though so its not much of a victory. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

I don't know about the Metroid online community but I'm sure Pokeymans is through the roof right now with # of people and Mario Kart should be steady as people love to go play snakey karts.

Just get the basics ^.^ pokemon, mariokart, etc... i personally don't see much good on any system right now even though i have 6 or so 360 games and a wii now... most of the games i have for them are just the best of the bunch and they're not much to speak of imo... no games for the PS3 nor the wii, save for twilight princess looks interesting... the new pokemon games look good to...

don't bother with the rest of the garbage...

Pokemans is the easiest to get into.
With Mario Kart and Metroid you gotta know all the ins and outs of battling.
Like with Mario Kart: Unless you know how to snake, you'll be losing and losing often online.
I've only played Metroid Online a few times and I got my ass whooped within 5 seconds of spawning.
While Pokemans has a pretty hardcore battling community, there are a lot of casual battlers out there, and the battling community isn't really hard to get into.

pokemon is a game that requires knowledge and gut instinct more so than skill imo...so it's not hard for one to become a top player even if they hardly play.

Alright I just got pokemon diamond XD but when I was looking over in gamestop I saw that they had DS headsets but since that's all in the ds anyway is there any huuuge difference?

The headset is clearer and people don't hear you pressing your buttons on the other side with a headset.

Personally I'd avoid Metroid... unless you enjoy hand cramps...

Pokemon is by far the easiest and fastest to get into
Mario Kart is fun, but sometimes lag can interfere...

yeah thats my opinion...

As for the Witch hunting game... Yeah... Totally
