Newbie Question

I am no newbie to the world Of Phantasy-Star On-line. But I have to finally know how to aquire a Soul Eater and Akiko's Frying Pan off-line legit on quests. To tell the truth i never cared to know how to get them and never cared for them period, but finally I must know. So please post a LEGIT reply on how to get the Soul Eater and Akiko's Frying Pan in simple steps. Thank you and Peace.

You have to have completed all the quests before trying to get it.

Important...make sure your inventory has at least 1 free slot when you fight Kireek for the final time, or you won't get the soul eater.
