Can any1 tell me the whole story of EP 4 ? (spoiler)

Hi, in the past, I used to play PSO EP1&EP2 before,
but I never play EP3&4. can any1 tell me the storyline and the ending? (since ep4 is the last ep)
I also want to know the story of mission 9-1 > 9-? (final). What is works, and what they want? I m very curious after I brought PSO art book, and see only picture. Is Rupika main female character? what is her role?(got this idea from manga in art book )

The last episode is episode 3, as it takes place years later.
The whole story of Episode 4 is way too long.
Basically, Rupika is a test subject for an experiment of the WORKS military troops led by Leo Graham. She represents a new way to channel a huge load of energy and as she approches the impact crater, the D Cells in her body react with the D Cells in the meteorite and she turns herself into raw energy, then insuflates life into a huge serpentine creature.
All through the 8 missions, you are sent to secure the road to the crater impact and to collect military data (you may rest assured though, because the data you collect is a fake. The true data was taken by Sue). You are also sent to takle Rupika back, which you succeed into, but her D Cells call her to crater anyway.
After defeating the serpent, Rupika takes human shape again as you and Sue call out to her.

ok, who is the bad guy here? Leo? since he make Rupika D cell?

Rupika becomes part of the serpent Saint Millian but she isn't in control or knows what the hell is going on when she becomes part of him. After defeating Saint Millian Rupika comes back and has no idea what has happened.

IIRC Leo wanted to use her to complete his fathers project/expirement or whatever it was.

The NPC's Kireek, Sue, Bernie, and Ash make appear throughout the story as well and play a role in it all.

so what is the role for Sue Kireek this time?
wait Kireek is already died in the soul eater event???

I believe they appear if you DON'T kill kireek and do the Seat of the heart with Kireek instead. As for what they're doing, It's basically trying to retrieve Rupika from Leo
