Converting enemy parts into weapons...I cant do this?!

First I'd like to say hello and thanks for having me on the board.

My problem is when I go to talk to Dr. M, in Dr. Ostos research, I cant do anything with my "part". He just rambles on and on about how whats her name need a emotion adjustment! Can someone help?

You have to have completed "Doc's Secret Plan" before you can get Montague to convert weapons for you. If you haven't done that, he won't offer.

You need to do the quest where you test out Dr. M's weapon in the ruins. After that's done, he will be able to change your stuff once per mission.

"Where is Elenor?" and such....

Anyway, you need to unlock the Ruins and do the following quest:

The first 3 (which you already did)
Secret Delivery (you save Elenor here)
Doc's Secret Plan (upon completion he'll tell you he can make stuff for you)

Now you can try out either Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Doors (available upon completion of the previous quest) and see Dr. Montague and convert the items.

Now if I can only figure out how to complete "letter from Lionel" I'll get in WEAPONS! I'm on Ruins-Vhard and have completed EVERY mission but that one!
