DOES IT DROP ON EASTERN PERIL A??? OR S ONLY

It should drop in Eastern Peril A as well...

is the drop rate on S any higher?

Wouldn't know, but A should be a breeze to solo with B rank difficulty monsters, and its definately less time consuming per run. Whether or not things balance out in the end is anybody's guess.
