Could someone tell me the requried level to finish ruins and recomend some equipment

there is no required lvl for ultimate offline. You get to ultimate when you get there.(As in when you beat normal then hard then very hard) Online you have to be vl 80 and same for offline multi player.

Good equipment for ultimate
if your nuking (ie using techs):
Psycho Wand is awsome
Sorcers Cane
and weapon that boost techs. if you cant get one of those two. summit moon isnt bad. and the three wands dagon/agni/indra boost one of the elemental types dagon=ice Agni=fire indra=zonde all are by 30%

they wrent ment to melee...well thats my opinion anyways
but if you must i would suggest some of these.
grass assasin sabers
madams umbrella and or parasol
plantain hude fan
twin chakram
Double saber is very good if it has hit the special is nice for a FO

I'd equip a Merge or two in Ultimate.

Summit Moon is pretty much the Forces' main weapon in PSO.
