OK, so recently my dad's card 'fizzled', or Sega says it did anyways. Apparently our card holds an inordinate amount of money (I'm not willing to disclose, because I value money a bit more than the next guy, so it's all relative on how much people think our money is worth >.>). So I keep re-billing my card, but it keeps saying there was insufficient funds.

So, I told my dad this, and he couldn't figure out the problem, so he switched credit cards. Now it says that we have an active account, but PSU itself is saying our account has expired.

it takes a while for it process, wait few hours.

Same thing happened to me. The next day( less than that really) it was working.
