Errors...listed all the ones talked about in tech support

Shouldn't there be a topic some where in here stickied with all the Errors, in general what they mean, and general fixes so that it cuts down on questions and does what the official site is supposed to do but doesn't?

i don't know the solution to all these...and some have no text with it cuz it wasn't listed but this is all the ones talked about by those asking for help.

Error 21:
Error 32: No responce from DHCP server. Please check your network configuration or your DHCP configuration.
Error 33: Cannot connect to DNS server.
Error 38: ????
Error 41: Unable to connect to server.
Error 44: Server not found.
Restart your PC
Error 51: Cannot connect to server. The Server may be undergoing maintainance.
Error 52:
Error 57: Cannot connect to server. The Server may be undergoing maintainance.
Error 61: Failed to recognize Sega ID?
Error 62: Failed to recognize Sega ID?
Error 613: DNAS?

That's a great idea and if I had the time I'd definitely do it. If anyone else however does have the time and would like to create a guide in reference to Durakken's idea that would be awesome and I'll make sure to get it Stickied.
