Shinobu's hair in the Anime is Blue (like how Bulma's is in the DB series) but Shinobu's hair is Purple/Blue in the manga, just like Bulma's in the manga. Misato's is blue/purple so I guess it could go either way.

Hmm... Shinobu counts? I always figured that darker blue-color in animes with mostly 'normal' hair colors counted as black.

Anyway, Shinobu and Lafiel (Crest of the Stars), in that case.
