Help Section!!!???

well if you look above this little box when you reply you will see a bunch of little boxes. Can the site mods please have a section to tell us people not savvy how to use these with having to post the question? I think this would be a usefull addition to the site. I would like to use these things but don't see anywheres on here that tells me how. Like making a poll etc. thanks in advance.
