The earliest I got into ultimate was at lvl 56 or 57(can't remember >.<)with my HUney. I equipped her with a mag with 160 power, so Normal mode and Hard mode were a breeze. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif Very hard was going good until Ruins. So I lvled up a bit and equipped some metal/body and raped Dark Falz. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Falz ignores armor with most attacks. */HP units help more.

Where you should be depends on you skill level, character, weapons, and armor.

Best into Ultimate was 41 I think, first time was 60 (I think 59, level to 60 in battle [Darvants or killing Falz]).

XD

First into Ult is FOmar around lvl 80. Nothing amazing equipped. The only yellow-scripted items were my Nidra MAG and Attribute Wall. He was my first character, so I only had what was available in shops and current/previous level hunts. I never went after God/Mind until later, XD

You should be level twelve, always.

By the difficulty level needed to do a difficulty in multiplayer offline:

Hard: LV20
Very Hard: LV40
Ultimate: LV80

But you can actually get to a higher difficulty in lower levels than those prequesite for Multiplayer. On the other hand, if you don't want to have your character get tossed around by the swarms of enemies, you should be around those levels or higher to begin those difficulties.

I own PSO PLUS, so:

For my characters, I got into Ultimate at Lv 70~75 with my HUmar, HUcast, and RAcast. My FOmar got in Ult at Lv 85, becasue I wanted to totally destroy Dark Falz.

I just got my FOmar into ults at lvl 41 the other day, he's been pretty good so far. I got my last FOney in ults at lvl 43. I would usually say 40-50 is a good level for ults on any character, i usually get forces in quicker but i got a RAmarl in at lvl 34 or 36, one of those two (i think 34)

It just depends on your equipment. Skyly proved me useful.

i got my huney in a 55, with about 20 of those lvls gained in multi. so i would say i am a pretty advanced player, but i was wondering if their is much difference for what level you get in at for a force or ranger. ( i had a lvl. 138mag, and was using the varista and the LnK's

Splash pretty much covered what I was gonna say about the multiplayer lvl thing. I was around 68-72 when I got Ult. but thats because I had pretty crappy stuff...except for my red saber...it was maxed by that time. Other than that...my mag was pretty rounded out. (almost 50 on everything...lil higher or lower on some). HUmar anyways

I don't think it's possible to get to ult. below level 60, or at least wouldn't reccommend it. Level 60 is the bare minimum I would suggest. My HUmar got in at 66/67/68, can't remember, but these are good levels to try. Of course forces should be about 70-ish, and rangers can probably do 50-ish without dying. But ult. would be HELL! Also, friendly advice: everything is twice as strong, and twice as fast in ult. compared to vhard, so never let your guard down.

P.S.O. - Greatest R.P.G. ever.

As a FO you can survive ultimate if you can get there. Hunters have the hardest time in ultimate if they aren't well prepared "12 damage?! wtf?!" butnuking and running are viable options for a FO.

my first (and only) character to get to ultimate mode was a level 82 RAcast, level 88 now.
