DNAS error Solutions?

HAs anyone found out any solution for the DNAS errors 618 & 613.Calling Sony DNAS headquarters is no help....

What is the point of tech support if we cant get help.This shouldn't have been moved from pso genereal:/ i would have got more replies in there.

The point of moving it here, is to get it in the forum where people browse who might be able to help. If anyone knows something to help, you are most likely to find out about that in the appropriate forum. But as with almost everything in life, it helps to be patient.
