Mag: Rappy's Beak - What do I need to do to make it a mag?

I may be a lvl 67, but I'm still learning how PSO:BB works. Now, I've had this rappy's beak in my inventory for quite some time now and I would love to make it into that cute Rappy mag, if only I knew how! I've checked the guides here on the site and something isn't right. I've heard I need a level 50 or 100 mag to make this work. Okay... what level and then what do I do after that? Does my mag just 'eat' it?

Equip your level 50 mag, and then "use" the rappy's beak. That should make a special sound, a light effect, and the mag will then be in your inventory, unequipped.
