First I saw Dragwind, which I was half sure was a PSOW member, but then half wasn't sure; then he loaded so I WAS sure.

I played a HUcast on PSO,Actually I played all the CAST races only,cept I had a RAmar for a short while. That didn't last long.

I played every race it just seemed like a step down from CASTs. (whack I know) But I've come to overlook such things.

For those of you still looking for your snowies, I have advice (beyond "HURRY UP"). The only map of Mine Defense worth hunting for snowies on is the one in which the first block begins with the T-junction bridge and a three-Vanda spawn on the left side--this is because you can probably skip half, if not well more than that, of the first block on your way to B2. Hell, as a 68/10 fF, I could get to B2 in a little over 10 minutes on Mine Defense S, and that's because I was a) being lazy and b) leveling Rising Strike/Anga Dugrega as opposed to using my L30 Gravity Strike/Anga Redda. If the first spawn on B2 is Vandas, you're good--skip every possible spawn on the way to the room at the furthest north of the map (the one just north of the room that has the Kog Nadds and the mission exit); the only enemies you should have to fight are some Vandas at the southern fork in the road. Bust the boxes in the northmost room and BAMF, you have yourself Jaggos!

I also advise that you solo it (re: no competition for the claws should you get a drop), using two NPCs for assistance. In my case, I used Laia Martinez (good because she has fire armour and good DPS, compared to other NPCs) and a GH-452 (which saved me some money in Trimates and Agtarides/Zodiarides).

From what I hear, the minimum Jaggo level for the claws to drop is 30. However, I chose to do it at a higher difficulty under the assumption that higher Jaggo level = higher chance for rarer rares to drop, and because I could still get to the beginning of B2 reasonably quickly on S difficulty. Based on this assumption, I would suggest you do it at the highest difficulty level at which you can reach B2 in about ten minutes with minimal risk of dying (that's on your part; don't worry about the NPCs, as you aren't going for mission ranking anyway).

The T-Bridge map is the easiest but I do all, as a 80/10 fT and with support of 2 good melee NPCs I need less than 10 mins. I think for the longest map (which was recently updated on psupedia)I need 12 mins. max.
I need about 6 mins for the Brdige one and like 8-9 mins for the one with tacos at the beginning.
So yeah, gotta hunt all day today, hope I'll get my last event item. =o
