Yes i know this as another one of those threads but i'm having a problem thats similar to others but not the same and won't fix or correct itself.
I have a AMD athlon xp2100 1.7ghz 512 ram 60gig hdd a diamond radeon 9550 256ddr agp and some stats i cant remember from four years ago. Looking at the bottom of the box i don't really think i'm missing anything. So far i've:
Installed new drivers twice
Installed PSU PC 9 times
Installed the DX 9c 10 times
Ran a virus check
Disabled my anti virus
Checked the firewall
Renamed GG 5x and moved it around a few times
Downloaded GG more than i can remember
Installed PSU in safe mode twice
Taken out any USB items
Called SE's no-person hotline
Checked the site numerous times
Checked AGAIN to make sure i lowered all settings
Unchecked options under options
Am i missing something here? I'm hopingi didn't miss the obvous and i have two monitors which i use. When i check the boxes at the bottom of the option menu i get a crash and when i uncheck them i get a error screen with alot of boxes in it but i thought i had jp fonts installed since i can see them on other sites. I did get this NTSC version from best buy so its not jp. Can someone help me out? SE certantly won't. Any services i need turned on? Any additional windows updates?
