Offline Mode + Holiday Rappies = ?

I'm playing PSO Offline, and I was wondering if there was any way to run into a Event Rappy in the offline mode?

Nope, no way for Event Rappies to appear in offline mode.

and theres no possible way to get to it either.. since online is shut down.
Other then the illegal servers.

There is no possible way to legitly get a Holiday rappy to appear offline.
