Hi all, I am a former PSOV2 player now wanting to play more of it http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif OK, my big question is... I have the Phantasy Star Online Version 2 for dreamcast (Japanese Version). Can I sign up for the US version 2 access fee to pay my pso bill here rather than having to pay it in Japan like before. I remember using a thing called CHABI sign or something like that and I was wondering if I still have to use that for a JP version of PSOV2.
