Can someone confirm Nos spells SE levels at 1, 11, 21

I've a feeling PSU-pedia may be mistaken in these spells SEs, and spending PA frags on spells whose SE level is incorrect is not something I want to do

-Level 1-30 - Level 2 Stun (it stays that way all the way through)
Noszonde
-Level 1-10 - Level 2 Shock
-Level 11-20 - Level 3 Shock
-Level 21-30 - Level 3 Shock + Knockback to small-average sized enemies
Nosmegid
-Level 1-10 - HP Affects Pwr Level 2
-Level 11-20 - HP Affects Pwr Level 3
-Level 21-30 - HP Affects Pwr Level 3 + Knockdown to small-average sized enemies
