Alright, as many of you may or may not know, Sega had a playable RRR character. The character was definatly locked... and sooner or later a couple japanese console hackers stumbled upon it and figured out how to use it. Soon that spread to baru and he was one out of a handful who knew how to be Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, the Ninji, and RRR. The code was never published until faster the PSO for DC went down the shitter.
My question is, was there ever a way to unlock those characters without the use of a cheat device? I've noticed from looking at screen shots of the characters in the creation lab that their names are always what it appears to be "X~RGB". Now, i know Sega had hidden costums in V1 that you had to input a really goofy name then pick the locked costum... then you were able to change your name to whatever you wanted... So, I'm wondering if there might be a weird "code name" you've got to use to unloack those 5 characters? Why would sega have 5 playable characters on the disc if they didnt make it so you could ever pick them? Wouldnt you think they'd have a special code for themselves to access the characters?
