Mag: Problem with mags 3rd PB

Hey guys, I've come back to BB after a years break and I've recently made myself a Rukmin mag, now, because I'm so stupid I didn't pass it over to someone else to evolve it for me, so I don't have my 3rd photon blast.

Here is the question, after lvl 100 and its EPII rare mag evolution, is there any way to get a 3rd PB still onto my mag?

I need to know that too. I made a Savitri I think, with my Redria Hucaseal. Level 200 and I only have that reindeer-type photon blast and that boring dragon. I wanted the one that attacks with those beams from above http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

After ut us a rare/special Mag (red box, yellow text), it cannot learn any more PBs. You have to remake the Mag.

that happened to a normal mag i had once, never got the third pb. idk why tho, i didnt hack. glitch maybe? it was a varaha. i had 2 but the one only had 2 pbs lol.

Sometimes the mags might evolve into a mag that gives the same pb and therefore they might not receive the third one at least I'm sure that's what happened.
