Having trouble resubscribing

one of my friends is tryign to resubscribe to psu along with me, mine rentered perfectly fine, but hes having problems with the billing site.

When he activates his account, it says it hs been resumed but does not charge him or allow himt o enter the game, if he tries to cancel, it says pending cancel but *never* actually cancels, and if he tries to get a new subscription, it syas he already ahs one....any ideas?

I had this problem and sega responds to me the same day all the time. Be specific about what the problem is and it'll be an easy fix.

last three tiems I e-mailed sega about account problems it took 4-5 days =/ I'll try and just see if I can try get it working sooner..

same problems with psobb too, its been this way for awhile...you think sega would fix their billing site sometime -.-

oh its widespread alright. i feel like kicking sega in the nuts. move it dammit, i didnt pay 9$ a month to have this kind of problem!!!
