I just renewed my Guardians Lisence about 15 min ago buti still get the message that my account has expired. How long will it take for it to recognize the i have payed the bill?

BTW my account says that it it active

I'm having the same problem. It's been about 16 hours since I renewed and I still can't log in. The billing site says my account is active as well =/

You need to email PlaySega.... I'm having the same problem with PSU. Basically after emailing them, what they did for me is cancelled the current subscription I bought so that it would completely terminate. After this I will be able to (or so they claim) be able to start a new PSU subscription. All characters, items, etc would be kept though since it's all tied to my user name.
