Oh thank goodness, I would rather see it go down than see no changes at all. Because then they would be forced to concentrate on the issue at hand. Or maybe that indicates that they are working on the issue.

when *if* yoru account fully cancels do NOT try to resubscribe, choose "New Subscription". Your characters and id are linked toyour master accoutn so you wont lose anything.

PS: do NOT try to resubscribe, use new account (only possible when it is fully cancelled, which it sometiems wont do now...)
