1-How does the payment work? just go to marketplace and buy a licence?
2-When am I supposed to be charged? now or after the first 30 days?
3-are the first 30 days free?

Error 192? Erm...if that's getting kicked off randomly, then no...it's never happened to me anyways. The only "problem" I've had on PSU is having to attempt logging an extra time or two before getting in (same as PC/PS2...just hit disconnect and try again).

Send Sychosis a PM asking if you can join the 360 Team...it's an easy way to make friends.

I do not yet have a 360, but I am curious. But to get a subscription to PSU, would you be able to use the basic xbox live sucscription that would be included or do you have to pay extra for the platinum one or whatever it is called?

You can play PSU with an Xbox Live Silver account...but if you have a Gold account, you still have to pay $10/month.

Thanks for the info http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Also when you get the silver you have to obtain a key or something? Or would you just put in the CC information, create the account and be on your way? I was wondering this since I was considering buying a used 360 since it would probably save me 100 or so dollars or so. Or would I just end up spending that much anyway when I bought the hd for it? :>

a used 360 is so not worth it...it people trade it in or sell it on ebay its because its probably got the 3 red lights which is when the box overheats

Bought a brand new 360, broke on me 5 times, on my 6th since X-mas.
Just have to get lucky, or well I was extremely un-lucky.

Yeah, some people are really unlucky with their 360s. I had a launch 360 and had a refurbished system sent to me. I've not had any problems with it yet.

Welcome to 360land!

Xbox Live is the best! Lolz

Just wondering, Do Silver Members still get to use voice chat?

As far as I know they do. There are times when not everyone in the party can hear each other, but it is an MS issue that also effects several other games.

Yeah, you'd enter the Credit Card information in your Billing Info, and then go to the Marketplace and buy the License for PSU. To cancel your Guardian's License you need to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

The first time you start your 360, it'll ask you to create a profile (I think, I just migrated my old Gamertag, so I bypassed this process). If it doesn't guide you through making a Silver account right off the bat, all you need to do is go to the Xbox Live blade, and select the Xbox Live button (it may just be called Join Xbox Live). From there, it's a very easy setup process, and you'll be on your way.

If that happens I just tell everyone (text) and say it to unplug your battery pack :/ Usually works http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

Oh and, if someone leaves Private chat or whatever you may not be able to hear others because your still in the same private chat channel instead of the game channel, this has happened to me a few times.

And I was wondering about the silver membership because alot of people don't talk on 360 (maybe 1/4) this kinda bothers me that there usually just listenning, but I usually think it's just new 360'ers, when I got my 360 I barely touched the chat until I made a friend (lolz) and we started talking alot in games and idk just got used to the thing ^.-

Actually, the two Right-side lights indicate an overheat. Three red lights signifies a hardware failure (the red lights of doom).

Im still on my original console, just keep it in a open area and it wont overheat or anything. And yes you still get to use voice chat.
