PSU: PSU Japanese server question, error 51

does psu pc in japan block foreign ip?

i keep on getting error 51 maintainance or timeout

is just weird
i was be able to update the patch

but then when it goes connecting to server

it keep saying same error since i purchased psu last year

help me plz

im sure everyone discuss about this before
but i can't find the thread here

Login servers are a bit fucked up tonight, just keep trying, you'll get in eventually.

Some people I have found, just cannot connect to the JP servers at all. I never quite figured out the issue, but I ran into it a couple times during the AoI beta. These were people that could connect to the US PC version fine, so it probably wasn't anything with something being blocked. I may need to dig into it more later, but I never bothered to really collect information on it.

EDIT: Just to add, it was a very small number. Maybe like 1/20.
