AGH!
This is annoying. I'm not finding any rares in ultimate forest or v-hard ruins. And I do mean NONE. No DB's Sabers, no nothing. At first, I thought it was my 0/60/60/60 weapons. So I sold them. I got rares for the run after that, so I thought my problems were solved. Until I turned it on today. I stopped getting rares again and nothing I sell helps. Does anyone know anything about this problem?

I think you are just much unlucky. Try playing online with a few mates and you will surely get stuff! Or play the game endlessly!!!

Having a gameshark file on your memeory card stops any 9 star and above items from droping
