I think you have to finish soul of steel, and then take it to Dr Montague in Dr ostos research or unsealed door. To get unsealed door you have to do Dr ostos research and secret delivery.

If you got akikos frying pan on a difficulty then just go to Doctor Montague on that difficulty, thats what I do on normal mode.

Dr Montague should be standing next to the warp to the principal, he looks like the fonewm you see when choosing a class.
