Can't resume subscription?

I canceled my subscription sometime last week, because I was going to be charged last Friday and I didn't have enough money on my card. I've still been able to play since then, not sure why.

But now PSU says my license is expired. I log into Play Sega, and see this:

There is no "Resume Subscription" button.

I know there should be one. Screenshot from last time I canceled (few months ago, during my long break):

I tried using the "New Subscription" option at the top, but it did nothing. Just took me back to the front page.

Any ideas on how to resume my license?

It was like this Friday too. I figured it was like that for the same reason I could still log in...

This happened to me friday. When I reentered the old credit card info it denied it. You have to cancel(well you did that part http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif) and reenter it again in new subscription or use a different card it worked when I used another card.
