how do u change difficulty lvls?

well if you offline then after you beat normal and the dredits go and everything youll go back to the start screen and pic single player thenthen pick you guy that you beat it with then pick hard lol its that easy...but idk about online

Online worked like multiplayer offline. You had to be level 20 to go into Hard mode, level 40 for Very Hard, and level 80 for Ultimate.
