In your opinion, what is the most overrated weapon in PSO

I just want to know what everyone thinks is the most overrated weapon in PSO.

Sorry if there was another topic already made about this, but I couldn't find it.

I guess the classic over-rated weapon is the Dark Flow (from what I've heard - it's really boring to play with (plus impossible to get legitly).

I DO think that a legit T J-Sword lives up to the hype. Especially the Photon Gauge super it can do.

Personally, I'm not as taken with the Frozen Shooter/Charge Vulcans combo that everyone seems to think is great. I mean it gets the job done, but playing like that makes the game become very two-dimensional. most over rated huh? the frozen shooter, sure its good, but not as good as my trusty yasminkov 3000R,most under rated would be the slicers IMO.

Frozen shooter, overrated, not hardly its arguably the most reliable weapon in the game. Now the most overrated would be l@ k combats their special never hits, sanges sucks as does agitos!!!!

Back in the day, I thought the lavis series was wayyy overrated, especially the double cannon

Anything with a charge special. That's just my opinion though. Isn't it just a 3x attack at the cost of your hard-earned money? Not worth it.

Overrated...well, let's see...we have SJS/TJS, S&Y (especially the Y part), Lavis Cannon/Double Cannon, Yask series (especially 9000M), Agito Real/Oritachiagito, Psycho Wand (yeah right), Parasite Gene "Flow" (lmao at people who still think they can obtain this offline), MKB/BKB, etc.

I think the SJS and TJS. I hear so many people trying to get it and working towards unsealing it. I am sure it is worth it, but it is kinda overrated.

Well in terms of Blue Burst, there is a few even more overrated weapons. Excalibur comes to mind. I see level 70 players running around with the sometimes claimed "best weapon in the game" all the time >_>

Being a casual player, its hard to say any weapons are overrated.

I remember back in the day when i played PSOX online and duping was everywhere, i had like 75 J-Swords with 100%'s or something like that lol. I also had a Dark Flow and i thought it was pretty fun to use, especially the special.

Angel Harp. I mean, what's the point? I got one from a trade. You shoot, some nice feather effects, 11star weapon. I banked it straight away after a few shots. Boring. I'd choose a Frozen Shooter, heck even a Laser with decent hit and special such as Gush, over that tripe anyday.

Most overrated in my opinion is a fifty hit charge vulcan. Anything with a berserk special on it would be right up there, too, since I've played with approximately 0 people who could use it without killing themselves.

Charge Vulcans are far from overrated. They kill faster than almost anything else in the game. Meseta is almost worthless in PSO, as it's so easily gained, so using Charge isn't a problem.

Orotiagito is overrated. It's powerful but the Katana combo is useless until you have a high-end battle unit, and even then it's outclassed by so many weapon types.

Frozen shooter, It's awesome in the caves, but as I got further into ultimate it just became not so good, now that I'm in the Ruins I used up 8 dimates in the first room. Now a Snow Queen sounds interesting, but I don't have an online adapter.

overated ..dont fully understand but i have a weapon thats sucks so bad i rather fight dark falz AND dark olga with a saber -10 all stats even hit then use it.... vjaya...i hate it to pieces 10000 meseta to just USE the speacial like come on huh even if it misses bam 10k meseta gone... im usually stuck with musashi its an ok weapon but if its speacial were to use tp instead of hp that would rock

the reason it takes 10k per swing is b/c its special is that much more poweful. its special has the accuracy of a hard attack but 5x the power of a normal attack. thats why its so expensive. it lives up to the description very well, dont u think?

idk L&K14 COMBATS are my most trusted weapon as a melee force, but as a purplenum I have a million of them. Overrated is the Sealed J-Sword, not saying its bad but people callit Godly.

Actually, if a hard attack does 2x the power of a charge attack would be 2x2 which would be 4x, but the vjaya's charge does 3x and 2x3 is 6 so th vjaya's charge would be 6x, not 5x
