who has actually found this elusive item and how many times did it take for you to get one? i lost track now of how many times i killed the sil dragon and nada. i started looking at lv 96, and am now lv 109. i'm oran if that matters. this really blows.

I started my search at Level 89. I am now level 109 and still nothing. Why is this thing so hard to find? I found a Sange in three caves runs, for crying out loud! If I can find a Sange, I should have no problem getting a Dragon's Claw.
