What's it mean?

ummm, I've only had that happen to me when my connection is well refreshing/reconnecting http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

so maybe your connection is doing that http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif while trying to connect to the PSU servers http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
