PC: Annoying Problem.

In PSU, I am Playing etc, then out of nowhere my monitor goes black for 0.5 seconds then when it comes back i can hear music in PSU but after 5 seconds i get a message that i switched windows...but i did no such thing and nothing came up on my screen also it's random when it happens it can happen any time. Help Please.

Most likely some program running in the background that triggers a brief but active window. Check your start up programs and Processes to see if anything is running that shouldn't be. Honestly it could be something as simple as a program quickly checking for updates (maybe antivirus, anti-spyware, firewall, some random application etc.)
