Best Section ID for RAnger?

Excluding Purplenum, what would be the best Section ID for a RAnger?

Skylys get rifles. But they also get swords which they can't use.
Viridias get shots and partisans, both of which they can use.

I would say WHITILL, for hunting the GULD/MILLA chance, and VIRIDIA, the only ID for FLAME VISIT.

And the Frozen Shooter, 1/2.

Purplenum can find Frozen Shooter at 1/2 on a Hildetorr as well. But you said excluding Purplenum.

Greenill is way better than Viridia. Rifles come in huge amounts, and you aren't missing out on anything with a Flame Visit. Greenill can also acquire Yask3000M, Frozen Shooter, and easy access to Guard Wave. Have Plus, and you can take an opportunity for Flame Garment.

Greenill also get's God/Arm, if you need it, like nobodies business in ult mines. I've been able to get 2 in a half an hour so far.
