I have a Q, today my mom went to Gamestop and she was gonna get me PSO for christmas, and the guy there said that they stop producing it!!! is this true???? HELP!!

I work at GameStop and pretty much all of them are somewhat universal. I live in Florida and we get PSO E1+2 once every 2 weeks. The BBA and Modem adapters for GCN are discontinued. I called nearby GS and they all said discontinued. But Best Buy, from what I seen, have BBA on occasion. You just need hook ups and have them save stuff for you. Even after reading those threads, I still doubt that the game has been discontinued. It makes absolutely no sense at ALL to me, and will only damage any hope of the GCN ever making it big with online gaming (which it probably never will, anyway).
Remember that Rez rumor shortly after the game was released? Even IGN and other large gaming sites picked up on it, and it turned out to be complete bullshiznit. That's one of the many examples of bogus "discontinued" games.
I'll believe it when I hear an official statement.

For the time being though, it sure doesn't seem easy to find. Check around, that's just about all you can do... I'm sure a few online stores have a copy or two.

...just for clarification, the game is NOT discontinued. Neither are the modems and BBA's as far as I've been told. They might be stockpiling them, but I highly doubt they just went to the facility and said "you know...we just don't want to make anymore of these damn things..everybody gets a permanent vacation..starting.......now! *makes break for the door* "
