Hello!

I'm getting sound problems when I'm playing PSU (PC).
I tried to research this myself as a PSU problem, then as a sound card problem and then a system problem.

Basically, the sound will screech and loop.
I'll play a bit, then I'll hear some static and then some 'Item Pickup' sound effects, then some 'Window Closing' sound effects, even if I just idle in "My Room" or at a lobby.

Although this behavior somewhat loops, this will immediately cease if I exit PSU (Logoff and then 'Exit Game')

When this happens, my system also starts to stutter.
Keyboard and mouse input are 'delayed' and will catch up in 2/3 seconds.

Windows XP Professional (SP2)
Phantasy Star Universe (GameGuard Revision 1037)
ATI Radeon 9800 (Current Drivers)
Audigy 2ZS (Current Drivers)
SiI3114 RAID1 set

Any thoughts or leads?

The only thing that I could think of that might be it is you have an extremley fragmented hard drive...

I'm guessing you've tried reinstalling it?
