On GameCube, do we have to COMPLETE Dr. Osto's Research or is that where Doc will be? Thanks in advance!

The good Doctor Montague will appear in both Dr. Osto's Research and Unsealed Door.

Nope, he's right outside the teleporter. But you have to beat ALL of the missions first.
