O.O.P.S Accident. wth is?

correct me if im wrong, but on Arks mode, there wasnt something called the O.O.P.S Accident? I barely remember this, i only had Ep 3 for 2 weeks so i cant watch it again. Yeah it sounds pretty funny, but i swear there is something like that. It has to be with some robot genocide?

Basically, there was an android slaughter to free up some living space. After that, androids were granted basic rights and renamed Humanoids.
