Its been three weeks since Ive been able to log in, its really slow leading up to the character selection screen then after I select the character it just loads until it times out. Ive unplugged the router and modem multiple times and it still the same. Could something in the router settings have been switched off? Any suggestions would be helpful since Sega's service is just automated and wont let you talk to anyone.
