The servers for Gamecube PSO were shut down a little while back. Sorry, but you can't buy a Hunter's License, or play online now on the official servers.

Edit: There is Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst, which is for PC. It's a free download, and you only pay the monthly fee. However, even that's got very few players compared to how it used to be.

Good news!!

You do not need a hunters licence to play PSO GC.

Play on your own server (google), or play offline w/friends!
