What ID makes DEVIL TAIL?

I wonder if the ID you open the cell with influences the mag? and is there any guide here which tells the requirements for the XMAS mags (if there are any)?

The ID's affect nothing for the present. It's all random. As for the use of the cells, noone has posted anything to my knowledge yet.

go to the guides section it tells you how, first u make a devil wing mag, not sure the req for that but then u gotta use another heart of devil on it to make it into a tail

devil wing mag is lvl 100 mag, and it's not id dependant.

what about davils tail (yes its spelled davil) whats the req for that once I raise a devils wings?

once you turn it into devil wings with the heart of devil cell, just use another one and it will turn into davil's tail. i'm not sure what lv it has to be though because by the time i got my second chrismas present my devil wings were already lv 200.
