Well, if you're paranoid, you can put everything in the bank. Must be offline of course.

Then take the present. Open it, if it isn't the one you want, press reset. Being that it doesn't save much offline, you go back to before you opened the package.

Rinse Lather Repeat. Kind of a neat thing to do.

only if you turn it off while it is saving, will your character corrupt.

I'm not so sure about this, but I heard that a guy reset lite you said to get a mag cell, and...I can't remember what, but something bad happened to his character...http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
