I have the Heart of Pian, My mag's Lv. 102, My Synch is 120%, and my IQ is 200. What am I missing??

yeah but where can u FIND them? i remember in the DC v.1 u can find them in v hard forest by killing rappys.

your level needs to be higher. check the guide again.
