Hi

I've read the mag guides until I practically know them by heart, but they are confusing in some places.

My Mag is lvl 99 Ila. Will it stay Ila at level 100? Will it change to sato if I create a dummy character of another class to carry it when it hits 100?

Did I read the guide right, it won't change to another Mag unless I alter it's stats to equal a multiple of 100? that would be a bummer, because as a Force I like the stats heavily weighted in ways that seem to conflict with the "+100 multiple of 5" rule.

Well, depending on it's current stats, it may not stay an Ila at level 100. It may evolve into another Mag that is available to your class. The levels of each stat can make it change, so if it's varied since last level, then it may evolve when it hits 100.

If you are a Female Force in either Viridia, Blueful, Redria, or Whitill, if your stats match up correctly, you can get a Sato, if that's what you so desire.

To get a Sato, if you meet the above criteria, you must then meet the DEF + DEX = POW + MIND criteria to obtain a Sato. That means you add the levels of DEF and levels of DEX together and make note of that number. Then add the levels of POW and levels of MIND. Make note of that number as well. If the number on the left side of the = REALLY DOES equal the right side, then once you reach level 100 your mag will turn into a Sato. If you don't obtaim a Sato at level 100, I believe it checks every 5 levels, so you can still get one, but to me it's easier to make it equal at level 100.

Hope this helps. If ya need anymore help, you can message me.

Thanks I was afraid of that, so essentially I'd have to trade off a lot of mind power to acheive that, blah. maybe I should train a new mag or something. Let me ask this, are there mags you guys think are better for a force? and it's nice when they're cool-looking too heheh.

And about the rare/special mags, in the guides it's not listed what they do when fighting bosses, near deaths, etc. Is that because they do nothing or no one has documented it yet?

Looks like I'm on track with wanting a Sato Mag:

Still, I hope you can answer my other questions above.

Personally, I'm working on a 50/50/50/50 Sato for my FOmarl, and so far it's slow going but it's going. I think it will work for my Force, so, I dunno what's better though. I melee with my Force, so going for balanced Sato is okay for me.

Look at the bottom of this page (http://www.pso-world.com/magguidev3.php), 2/3rds way or so. It shows the special new GC mags info. If you mean like the new ones like Devil Wings and stuff, check this page (http://www.pso-world.com/maggallery.php) out. Hope this helps. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Yeah what I'm asking is, for example the devil wings you just pointed out, the graphic doesn't say what it does in situations like death. is that because no one knows yet? or is it because they do nothing?
