How to use kit of Dreamcast?

Does anyone know the requirements for the kit of DC? I heard somewhere you have to feed a baby mag lvl 5 the mark3 and then you can use the kit of DC on it. And a force had to be the one to do it. So is this the right method or what? I'm going to use this mag for a RAcast so I hope I don't need mind.

For some reason I can't use my kit of Mark3 on my baby mag lvl 5! I've tried it with 4 diff chars and still no luck. Is there a specific char/ID I have to use and do I feed the cell to it or what?
