to make a long story short, after next maintenance (which is in like 12 hours) the roulette game in the MA4 prize quest will get a new "special prize" unlocked, Girasole. Also, after next maintenance and for the whole week, drops will be doubled.
(btw Girasole is like a weaker double cannon that anyone can equip)
