? About Mark 3 Mag

Ok I have the Mark 3 Kit and I want to use it on my mag. All the requirements say are a lvl 5+ mag. I have a lvl 40 Rudra that I tried to use it on but I don't get the use option. I am a Oran HUcast does that have anything to do with it? Please some one respond and not just with the PSOW Guide address as I have looked at that many times and can still not make a Mark 3.

little typo. you need a lvl 5 baby mag. so you have to find a fresh baby one.
